Agents who have successfully sold a HCK property / product through our appointed and authorised agencies automatically qualify as a Ruby member.
More sales mean promotion to the upper tiers.
To launch the Titanium Roundtable programme, you will be eligible to receive Titanium Roundtable bonuses on top of commissions paid by HCK’s appointed agencies.
The Agent Customer Engagement (ACE) is payout designed to further incentivise real estate agents into selling HCK properties. The real estate agent has the discretion as to whether to share this remuneration with the purchaser, allowing them to strike a deal that will benefit all stake holders.
HCK recognises that it has numerous partners who are crucial to its success. This includes Valued Corporate Partners whose organisations have been instrumental in propelling HCK products. Under this programme, the principals of the organisations are rewarded for making their efforts via the sale of a HCK property at cost price, allowing them to make a quick and healthy profit.
